Privacy notice

Who this covers

This notice describes the current Correova Studio website and inquiries sent to hola@correovastudio.com. Correova Studio is the brand used on this site; it is not presented as an LLC, a licensed professional practice, or a government program. Client campaign data requires the separate arrangements described below.

Information you choose to send

The inquiry fields ask for your name, email, business name, service interest, and message. The form prepares a draft in your email application. The page does not submit those fields to a form server or save them to browser storage. We receive the information only if you send the email. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, health or credit records, or subscriber lists.

How inquiry information is used

We use information you send to answer your request, prepare proposals, communicate about agreed work, and keep related business records. Sending an inquiry is not enrollment in a newsletter and does not authorize unrelated marketing. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Providers and technical information

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. Hosting and access providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information, request times, and security or authentication records to deliver and protect the service. Email you send is handled by your email provider and our Zoho Mail business email service. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply. This website does not currently connect MailerLite or another campaign platform.

Retention, disclosure, and requests

Inquiry correspondence is retained for the related business purpose and applicable recordkeeping or legal needs; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period. Information may be disclosed to providers assisting with that purpose, when legally required, or to address fraud, security, or legal claims. Contact hola@correovastudio.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We will assess the request under applicable law, verify identity as appropriate, and explain any lawful limitation. No internet or email system is completely secure.

Client audiences and children

Subscriber information supplied by a client is handled only under an agreed service scope and any required data-processing terms. The client determines its audience and the purpose of its campaign; Correova retains its own legal duties. This business website is intended for adults acting for businesses, not children under 13. If a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Cookies & technology

Current configuration

The page code does not set advertising or analytics cookies, load advertising pixels, use third-party analytics scripts, or store form entries or language preferences in local storage. Language selection lasts for the current page only. Hosting, security, or sign-in systems may use necessary cookies or logs outside this page code. Your browser can manage cookies; blocking necessary ones may affect access.

Future integrations

A campaign signup, embedded booking tool, payment service, or analytics integration would change the data flow. Its notices and any legally required choices must be implemented before it is activated. A cookie banner by itself does not make tracking compliant.

Website terms

Information and inquiries

This site introduces bilingual email marketing services. Content and examples are informational; they are not a binding quotation, an offer of credit, or professional legal, tax, financial, or credit-repair advice. Sending an inquiry does not purchase a service, create a paid engagement, approve a campaign, or accept a service contract. No payment is collected here.

Permitted use and ownership

You may view this site and contact us about legitimate business needs. Do not misuse forms, impersonate others, interfere with security, or submit unlawful or infringing material. Correova retains its rights in original site content and branding to the extent it owns those rights; third-party material remains with its respective owners. Viewing the site does not grant a license to resell its content. Ownership and licensing of paid client deliverables must be stated in the service agreement.

Availability and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided as available without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business. We do not promise a particular sales, revenue, deliverability, inbox placement, opening, clicking, or conversion outcome. Nothing in these notices excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or waives mandatory rights. Any allocation or limit of liability for paid services requires a separate enforceable agreement.

Other services, changes, and questions

External websites, software, and email providers operate under their own terms. We do not imply affiliation or endorsement merely by mentioning them. Notices may be updated with a revised date; changes do not retroactively change a signed client contract. Both language versions are provided for accessibility; an inconsistency should be brought to our attention, not treated as a waiver of legal rights. Contact hola@correovastudio.com with questions or accessibility needs.

Service scope & client responsibilities

What Correova does

Correova Studio provides campaign planning, English/Spanish copywriting, email layout, and welcome or follow-up messaging within an agreed scope. Platform setup, sending, automation, reporting, websites, and ongoing management are included only if expressly stated in the accepted proposal. Translation and cultural adaptation are marketing services, not certified translations.

Before work begins

A written service agreement must identify the contracting parties and set out deliverables, languages, revisions, timeline, fees, outside platform costs, payment terms, cancellation/refund rules, ownership, confidentiality, data processing, and the approval and sending process. The website does not impose an automatic subscription, blanket nonrefundable deposit, or unpublished fee. Scope changes require written agreement.

Client materials and review

Clients must provide accurate offers, prices, deadlines, brand materials, and evidence supporting advertising claims, plus permission to use supplied images, trademarks, testimonials, and lists. Clients review the final audience, content, links, disclosures, and send schedule before authorizing release. Silence is not campaign approval. Approval does not excuse unlawful work or remove either party’s legal duties. We may decline or pause work involving deceptive claims, unlawful content, or unresolved permissions.

Examples and results

The café campaign on this website is a fictional demonstration, not a paying client, testimonial, or proof of performance. Results depend on audience quality, the offer, timing, sender reputation, platforms, and factors outside our control. Estimates and examples are not earnings promises. Regulated industries or audiences outside the agreed U.S. scope require a separate review before work is accepted.

Email practices & opt-out

Campaign requirements

Commercial campaigns require truthful sender details and subjects, appropriate advertising identification, a valid postal address, and an easy opt-out. Opt-out mechanisms must remain functional for at least 30 days; requests must be honored within 10 business days, without fees or extra personal data.

Our audience standard

Correova’s subscriber-campaign policy is to use permission-based audiences. We do not accept purchased, rented, or scraped lists for those campaigns. Keep subscription evidence and suppression records; do not re-add opted-out recipients. Clients and sending providers each retain applicable legal responsibilities.

Contact and choices

An inquiry is separate from subscribing to marketing. To stop Correova’s own marketing, use the message’s unsubscribe method or email hola@correovastudio.com with “Unsubscribe.” For a client’s campaign, use that sender’s unsubscribe link; if you report it to us, identify the sender so we can route the request.
